THE DAWSON CHORUS

We are a pop choir based in Dublin City Centre.

We formed in September 2024. We have 90 members and sing as a 4-part choir.

We are a community choir, non-audition, non-religious and we sing popular music. Our choir exists to share the joy of music both together and with our audiences.

In November 2024 we had our first ever public performance on the balcony of Bewley's Café on Grafton St. Since then we have performed at many locations around the city including Leinster House, The Unitarian Church, The Royal College of Physicians and the St Patrick's Festival.

We have had two official concerts, the last in March 2026 with two sold-out shows at St. Ann's Church on Dawson Street.

In April and May 2026 videos from that concert went viral on TikTok with 12 million views!

Concert at IMMA Outdoors, Kilmainham, Dublin

We will be performing a free open air concert at the Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA) as part of the IMMA Outdoors summer series of concerts.

March 2026 · St Ann's Church

In March 2026 we performed our second concert at St Ann's Church on Dawson Street with two sold out performances.

Completely unexpectedly videos of this concert when viral on TikTok! Througout April and May 2026 millions of people around the world watched our concert clips, in particular from our 90s Dance Medley.
